Grow Engineering is the industrial arm of the Grow group. We design and manufacture precast concrete moulds, and take on subcontract steel fabrication, from our workshop at Lambeg Mills in Lisburn, under Sean O'Neill.
We build steel formwork for the UK and Irish precast concrete industry. A-walls, L-walls, culverts, headwalls, gangs and handler equipment, bespoke tender formwork: engineered in-house and manufactured in our Lisburn workshop.
The same shop takes on subcontract steel fabrication for anyone who needs heavy metalwork built to tolerance: hoppers, bins, frames, structural assemblies. If it's built from plate and section, we can build it to your spec.
One standard, one discipline. Drawings reviewed before steel is cut. Jobs quoted in days. No surprises on the invoice.
How we work
Three things we don't compromise on.
Buildable, not just drawn
We mark up every tender drawing before we cut steel. If something won't strip, won't pour, or can't be transported, we flag it before you order.
Engineering before marketing
Customers judge us on tolerance, finish and whether the mould arrives on the date promised. We work accordingly.
Straight answers
Quotes come back in days, not weeks. If we can't do the job, we'll say so. Send a drawing, get an engineering response.
