Brief
Our customer required a large 3m × 3m communications box. It needed to be poured in two stages, complete with hydraulic rams to retract the core walls, and split for road transport.
Approach
We split the body on the ram centreline, ran the rams on opposing faces, and staged the pour so the first lift cured before the second was placed.
Outcome
Delivered in two road loads. Re-assembled on site. First pour within 48 hours of delivery.
