Brief
A five-bay hopper bin set, specified as a split frame so it could be handled in two cleaner assemblies, complete with integrated loading walls.
Approach
We engineered the frame as a 2-bin and a 3-bin sub-assembly, mated on site. Loading walls were integrated into the bay dividers so no secondary fit-up was required at the customer's plant.
Outcome
Built, loaded and shipped the same week. The next job was underway in the shed the morning after dispatch.
