A 2-bay trench mould with integrated walkways for operator access during placement. Specified to pour and strip on a single cycle.
Approach
Walkways were engineered as part of the mould frame rather than a bolt-on accessory, removing fit-up time at the plant. Wall faces were finished to a consistent tolerance across both bays.
Outcome
Delivered ready to pour, walkways live on arrival, first cast within the same shift.
